Benefits, perks, and culture

At Annexus Health, we offer comprehensive insurance coverage, including medical, dental, vision, life, short- and long-term disability, and pet, as well as supplemental coverage (accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity). In addition, we provide unlimited PTO, 401(k), parental leave, theft and identity protection, and telecom reimbursement to cover the costs of working from home. Our employees enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote work environment and the community of an inclusive culture. Although we all work from different places, we prioritize connecting with each other through company events and engagement activities (like virtual holiday parties and step challenges), a new hire “buddy” program, team message rooms, an Annexus Health radio station that lets us play our favorite songs for each other, and more!

Another unique aspect of our culture at Annexus Health is our “Bound by Service” initiative. “Service” is one of our core values as a company, and one of the ways we live this value is by giving each employee 2 days of PTO each year to devote to being of service to their community.
